We recommend booking 3–5 days in advance to secure your date and so we can fully prepare your Aura Luxe experience. Planning something extra special or booking a popular date? 2–3 weeks ahead is always Ideal!

Booking is simple:

1. Choose your package (Luxe Vibes, The Luxe Affair, or Big Aura Energy)

2. Submit your booking request through our website

3. Pay a 25% deposit to secure your date

4. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to setup

• Deposits are non-refundable 24 hours after booking date, as they reserve your date and allow us to prepare every luxe detail just for you.

• Need to reschedule? Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we’ll happily transfer your deposit to a new date (subject to availability).

• Last-minute changes (less than 48 hours) will incur a $50 rescheduling fee to cover materials and preparation.

Setup time varies based on package and add-ons:

• Luxe Vibes: 35–50+ minutes

• The Luxe Affair: 45–65+ minutes

• Big Aura Energy: 60–90+ minutes

All setups are completed before your requested surprise time.

Clients are responsible for confirming room access. We cannot check in on your behalf under any circumstances.

Access Options:

• Option 1 (Recommended): Add us to your reservation or leave a room key at the front desk (name provided after booking).

• Option 2: Arrange a specific time to meet and provide the room key in person.

• For Airbnb or private home bookings, we’ll coordinate access with you directly.

Add-ons include:

·         Balloon colors or themed designs

• Rose petals or florals

• Custom signage or messages

• Additional room areas (balcony, bathroom, etc.)

Cleanup services can be added to any package for an additional fee (see Add-Ons section). You’re welcome to keep all décor items. Any items not taken must be discarded by the client.

We will do our best! Bookings made within 48 hours are subject to availability and will incur a rush fee. Both the deposit and rush fee are due at the time of booking.

We accept:

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment system.

• We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances

Clients must be 18 years or older to book. For events involving minors, an adult must be present.

No. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable.

• If the hotel name is not available during booking, the city is required.

• The hotel name must be provided at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled setup.

Important: If your booking is outside of our covered cities, please provide details as early as possible, as a travel fee may apply.

No. Clients are responsible for booking their own room. Our fee covers décor services and materials used for your special occasion only.

For safety and quality purposes, no one is permitted in the room during setup. This allows us to deliver the best possible experience. No peeking!

Your room/Airbnb must be booked and ready to check in prior to your scheduled setup time.

• A 15-minute grace period is provided.

• After 30 minutes, the booking will be canceled with no refund.

Timing is everything when creating magic—please plan accordingly.
