Aura Luxe Decor provides room décor and styling services for hotels, Airbnb’s, and private spaces. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking date.

  • Remaining balances must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled setup.

  • Prices listed are starting rates and may vary based on customization.

  • Any applicable North Carolina sales tax will be clearly disclosed prior to final payment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined on our Policies Page and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information

  • Ensuring access to space at the scheduled time

Denied access does not qualify for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Aura Luxe Decor and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under North Carolina law, Aura Luxe Decor’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Aura Luxe Decor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Independent Contractor Status

Aura Luxe Decor operates as an independent contractor and is not affiliated with, employed by, or endorsed by any hotel, Airbnb, or property management company unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, our website, or services provided by Aura Luxe Decor shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within North Carolina, except as otherwise provided in the Arbitration Agreement below.

9. Mandatory Arbitration Agreement

By using the Aura Luxe Decor website or booking services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our services, these Terms & Conditions, or your booking shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization.

  1. Location: Arbitration will take place in [Kernersville, North Carolina] unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Arbitrator’s Authority: The arbitrator has the authority to award the same remedies as a court of law.

  3. Binding Decision: The arbitrator’s decision is final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in North Carolina.

  4. No Class Actions: Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only — class actions, private attorney general actions, or consolidated arbitrations are prohibited.

  5. Costs: Each party will bear their own attorney fees, unless otherwise required by law or the arbitrator’s rules otherwise.

This clause does not prevent you from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court if necessary to protect your property or business operations.

POLICIES & TERMS

Please review our policies carefully before booking. These policies help ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for both you and Aura Luxe Decor.

💳 BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

  • A 25%non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled setup time.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and confirmation is sent.

  • We accept approved electronic payment methods only.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled setup will forfeit the deposit, but no additional charges will apply.

  • This policy applies regardless of reason, including changes in plans, travel issues, or hotel complications.

🔄 RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • One reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduled bookings must occur within 30 days of the original date.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the setup time will incur a $50.00 rescheduling fee.

🏨 HOTEL & AIRBNB ACCESS POLICY

  • It is the client’s responsibility to confirm hotel or Airbnb access for room decorating prior to booking.

  • Aura Luxe Decor is not responsible for denied access due to hotel or property policies.

  • If access is denied upon arrival, the booking will be considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.

⏰ SETUP & TEARDOWN POLICY

  • Setup times are scheduled based on availability and venue access.

  • Late access or delays caused by the venue or client may result in a reduced setup without refund.

  • Teardown timing is determined by clients check out time. (Usually, clean-up will be set an hour to hour and a half before checking out.)

🎈 DAMAGE, TAKE-HOME ITEMS & LIABILITY POLICY
• Clients will be able to take home all décor items following the event unless otherwise discussed with Aura Luxe Decor regarding cleanup services or items that must be returned to Aura Luxe Decor.
• Clients are responsible for any damage to décor, rentals, or equipment caused during the booking period.
• Any rental items, equipment, or agreed-upon return items that are damaged, missing, or not returned may result in additional charges to the payment method on file.
• Aura Luxe Decor is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items during or after setup.

🌧️ FORCE MAJEURE

Aura Luxe Decor is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, emergencies, or venue restrictions.

📸 PHOTOS & MARKETING

  • Aura Luxe Decor reserves the right to photograph setups for marketing and portfolio use.

  • Client identities and personal details will remain confidential unless written consent is provided.

🤍 FINAL AGREEMENT

By submitting a booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Aura Luxe Decor policies.
